- Experience with facility access systems integration is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Business Network, and clean core principles.
- Ability to conduct technical assessments, identify gaps, and propose remediation strategies.
- English proficiency required; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience implementing Fieldglass integrations Strong understanding of SAP best practices, architecture principles, and integration strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile methodology usage would be differential.
- SAP certifications would be considered differential.
- Day to Day:A Senior SAP Fieldglass Developer is required to lead the technical assessment, enhancement, and implementation of strategic initiatives across the SAP Fieldglass platform.
- This role focuses on optimizing contingent workforce management, improving integration reliability, and enabling advanced capabilities such as assignment management and facility access integration.
- The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and clean core-aligned solutions.
- Assess and implement Fieldglass Assignment Management to streamline the integration between maintenance work orders and contingent labor.
- Ensure accurate data flow and process alignment between Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA.
- Stabilize and enhance integrations between Fieldglass and S/4HANA for SOWs, timesheets, and fee submissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, ensuring data consistency and performance.
- Design and implement integration between Fieldglass and global facility access systems (e.

- Enable validation of contractor time-on-site against timesheet data for compliance and cost control.
- Improve usability and performance of Fieldglass through configuration enhancements and process automation.

- Support the phased rollout of Fieldglass SOW functionality across Brazil and other South American regions.

- Design solutions that leverage SAP-recommended extensibility options such as In-App Extensibility, Key User Tools, and SAP BTP services.
- Evaluate and refactor legacy customizations to align with clean core strategies.
- Promote decoupled integration using APIs and event-driven architectures to reduce system dependencies.
