• Day to Day:A Senior SAP Fieldglass Developer is required to lead the technical assessment, enhancement, and implementation of strategic initiatives across the SAP Fieldglass platform.
• This role focuses on optimizing contingent workforce management, improving integration reliability, and enabling advanced capabilities such as assignment management and facility access integration.
• The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and clean core-aligned solutions.
• Assess and implement Fieldglass Assignment Management to streamline the integration between maintenance work orders and contingent labor.
• Ensure accurate data flow and process alignment between Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA.
• Stabilize and enhance integrations between Fieldglass and S/4HANA for SOWs, timesheets, and fee submissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, ensuring data consistency and performance.
• Design and implement integration between Fieldglass and global facility access systems (e.

• Enable validation of contractor time-on-site against timesheet data for compliance and cost control.
