  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient application solutions tailored to meet client business needs.
  • Develop high-level architectural designs, including system integration, data flow, and user experience considerations.
  • Define the overall solution architecture, including software, hardware, cloud, and third-party service integrations.
Technical Leadership & Guidance
  • Provide technical direction to development and delivery teams, ensuring alignment with the defined architecture.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for application design and development best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and developers on technical challenges, helping them to solve complex problems.
Requirements Analysis & Technical Specifications
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders & Senior Application Services Consultant to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
  • Ensure that all technical requirements (e.g., performance, security, scalability, compliance) are met in the solution design.
Solution Competitiveness & Value Differentiation
  • Design solutions that leverage unique capabilities or specialized technologies to offer a competitive edge in the market.
  • Collaborate with account teams to identify key value propositions that set the solution apart from competitors.
  • Ensure solutions are cost-effective, while still providing innovation and unique functionalities that meet client needs in ways competitors cannot
Performance Optimization & Scalability
  • Ensure that the application solution architecture supports performance, scalability, and high availability in line with business needs.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions for optimization, both in terms of code and infrastructure.
  • Design solutions that can scale effectively as business demands increase, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining performance.
Technology Evaluation & Innovation
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance the solution offering.
  • Research industry trends and provide strategic insights on leveraging new technologies to improve application services.
  • Champion innovation within the organization and propose new technological solutions that improve operational efficiency and business value.

  • Experience with SAP FI and CO, with expertise in financial processes, accounting, controlling, and fiscal and accounting closure.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, in conversion or implementation projects.
  • Experience with functional architecture and designing integrated SAP solutions. • Experience in technical pre-sales, participating in proposal preparation and client workshops.
  • Experience with integrations between SAP FI/CO and fiscal systems, banks, treasury, and external ERPs.
  • Fluency in advanced English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Availability to work with distributed teams and participate in meetings with international stakeholders. ​
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Business process transformation analysis and mining to support the S/4HANA overall project
  • SAP infrastructure on Cloud. Experience with at least one hyperscale (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • SAP Certifications • Experience with SAP Activate, Fiori, and Fit-to-Standard • Participation in Greenfield or Brownfield projects • International experience or working in global delivery center
