- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Experience: Experience in a corporate environment (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).
- Focus Areas: Interest in internal communication, employee experience, and HR-related projects.
- Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Digital Fluency: Familiarity with internal comms tools or platforms is a plus (e.g., intranet systems, newsletters, Canva).
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
