Sinch is seeking a talented Software Developer specializing in Chatbots to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing intelligent chatbot solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline communication processes. Your creativity and technical expertise will help shape interactive and intelligent bot experiences for our clients.Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement chatbot solutions for various platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define chatbot requirements and user stories.
  • Utilize AI technologies and natural language processing to create intuitive and efficient bot interactions.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in chatbot technologies and AI trends to incorporate best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience in software development with a focus on chatbot or conversational AI technologies.
  • Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) frameworks and AI services.
  • Hands-on experience with chatbot development platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for developing innovative solutions and a desire for continuous learning in the field of AI and chatbot technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
