
Senior IT Analyst

- Our client is a European car manufacturer with operations and vehicle sales in Brazil.
- Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues;
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, telephony devices, printers, and accessories;
- Support software deployment and configuration, including Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, antivirus tools, and Porsche-specific systems;
- Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of equipment and digital infrastructure (e.g., access control systems, CCTV, TVs, multimedia devices);
- Ensure efficient communication between the our Client (car industry) team and warehouse via wired/wireless networks and telephony systems;
- Manage vendor relationships (local and international), including contract negotiation and service level monitoring.
- Provide technical support for facilities-related technologies;
- Monitor and support data center components and ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in IT support or infrastructure roles;
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and IT security principles;
- Familiarity with vendor management and SLAs;
- Knowledge of data center operations, compliance requirements, and project management methodologies;
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and policy enforcemen;
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners;
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken);
- Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude;
- Previous experience working in a large multinational company is essential, especially following guidelines and IT standards set by headquarters in Europe or the United States;
- Availability to work 100% on site is important.
