Staffing Lead, Workforce Staffing

• Staffing Leads take the lead in securing personnel to achieve smooth receipt and shipment at logistics hubs.

• Staffing Leads secure the necessary personnel through negotiations with temporary staffing agencies as well as fill Amazon direct roles.
