Payments Supervisor

• With decades of industry experience, they manage multiple successful brands and have recently launched in the Brazilian market.
• Their diverse offerings include sports betting, casino games, bingo, and live gaming experiences.
• The Role: As a Payments Supervisor, you will be responsible for learning payment processes with the Asian team and developing training materials for the future Payments team in Brazil.
• This role involves handling payment performance issues and other discrepancies.
• The supervisor will assist with manual resolutions, ensuring smooth transaction flows.
• Please note that this is an extremely analytical position.
• About You: Youre detail-oriented with strong knowledge of payment processes, able to spot and resolve issues like delays, declines, and chargebacks.
• With reconciliation experience and B2/Advanced English.
• You also bring experience from iGaming, banking, or similar industries.
