Sap Test Manager

• Develop detailed test plans and schedules covering all relevant SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP), coordinating timelines with project milestones.
• Create and document test cases that reflect business processes and system requirements, ensuring full coverage of critical functionalities.
• Lead cross-module integration testing to validate seamless data flow and process consistency post-M&A.
• Coordinate testing activities for data migration validation, verifying accuracy and completeness between legacy and SAP systems.
• Oversee execution of testing phases (unit, integration, regression, UAT), tracking progress and ensuring quality standards.
• Manage defect logging, prioritization, and resolution collaboratively with technical teams and business users.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including business process owners, IT, and vendors to meet test requirements.
• Identify risks in testing lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure test environments are available and properly configured, coordinating with infrastructure teams.
• Generate test reports and metrics for management, highlighting progress and issues.
