Apt Resources is seeking a Finance Manager – for an Angolan group for our client, a well-established organization with operations spanning multiple business units and international markets. The ideal candidate will lead financial oversight for Angola operations while managing group-level reporting and consolidation.This role is based in Dubai and requires periodic travel to Angola.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage group consolidation activities at Tier 1 level
  • Oversee financial operations of operating companies (Tier 2)
  • Monitor and support investment activities (Tier 3)
  • Drive ERP and process improvements across systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Primavera
  • Prepare and deliver weekly cash flow updates
  • Lead monthly financial reporting packs
  • Support quarterly strategic financial reviews
Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese is essential
  • Strong hands-on experience with Angolan accounting, tax systems, and regulations (including IVA, IRT, and IPU)
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, and multi-entity structures
  • Solid understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS)
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Primavera
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple entities and meet strict reporting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
BenefitsSalary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month plus performance-based bonus
