  • Lead the Prime Named AE for Public Sector, responsible for driving the sales journey and managing a team of Account Executives to facilitate complex, strategic transactions.
  • Develop and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to achieve strong revenue and bookings growth annually.
  • Manage the sales process, set and forecast appropriate metrics, and ensure pipeline generation meets targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across public sector clients, including government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profits.
  • Leverage extensive public sector experience to navigate complex sales cycles, ensuring compliance with procurement and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with product, customer success, and services teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Stay informed about competition and market trends within the public sector.
  • Implement operational excellence, drive adoption of sales methodologies, and utilize sales tools effectively.

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with leadership experience as an Account Executive or Sales Manager.
  • Deep experience working with public sector clients, understanding their needs, and navigating government procurement processes.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to build loyal, satisfied, and referenceable customer relationships.
  • Experience leading a high-performing sales team within a matrixed organization.
  • Strong operational, analytical, and strategic skills, especially in complex software sales at the C-level.
  • Ability to develop tailored strategies for public sector entities, understanding their unique challenges and goals.
