The Home & Living Brazil team is looking for a Strategy & Intelligence Specialist, responsible for leading analytical, campaign and ad-related projects that will drive sustainable growth of the category in TikTok Shop. This role will act as the main point of contact for central teams, driving alignment between data insights and execution, and may also manage a selected pool of key merchants.Responsibilities
- Act as strategic POC for internal teams on Hero product growth, advertising performance, and campaign efficiency
- Lead data analysis and insights to support category and subcategory development strategies
- Coordinate the execution of monthly campaigns, identifying opportunities to increase GMV and content output (Lives, Videos)
- Monitor, evaluate and optimize ad performance metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS, GMV per dollar spent)
- Track and report on hero product penetration and scalability by subcategory
- Work closely with Creator and Ads teams to match merchant needs with performance drivers
- Manage a limited merchant portfolio (~30-50% of a regular AM workload) to apply insights directly into seller performanceQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Growth, or E-commerce
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into action
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, campaign logic and category merchandising is a plus
- Comfortable handling large data sets and building dashboards (Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar)
