About the Team/RoleWEX is seeking a Senior Linux Engineer to perform IT functions such as installation, maintenance, support and administration of Linux Servers, Agents and related applications in multi-tiered environments supporting the company infrastructure, business processes and operations. Monitors server health, analyzes performance, implements changes, manages patching and troubleshoots issues to ensure stability in fast-paced, high availability data center environments.How you'll make an impactPlan, design, build, test and support virtualized and physical Linux serversEnsure both external and internal service levels are metMaintain adherence to organizational change management processesEnsure server security and audit complianceParticipate in pre-scheduled 24x7x365 system on-call supportProvide technical leadership in building, troubleshooting and support of technologies within the assigned workspaceDevelop and implement processes, procedures and standards that contribute to quality and scaleProvide technology life cycle management in accordance with company policies.Experience you'll bring

  • Configuration, deployment, support, troubleshooting of infrastructure solutions and services including, but not limited to:
Linux Server administration including the use of ansibleNutanix HCI administration, troubleshooting, and upgradesMonitoring solutions for IT operations and equipmentExperience working with data center co-location environments.
