The Mid-Market Account Management team is a sales team that is part of the Small Medium Business Group. This team is focused on helping small and medium sized businesses grow by optimizing their advertising across Meta's family of apps and services. Account Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Meta through marketing consultation, sales, education and supports. The Account Manager role requires demonstrated consultative sales and client service skills, a willingness to experiment, the capacity to thrive in a team-focused environment. This role is a quota-carrying role and requires a passion and interest for Sales and consumer marketing.Account Manager ResponsibilitiesPrioritize book of business based on understanding of client needsDemonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goalsBecome an expert in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needsProvide dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agenciesDevelop and implement programs to improve the client experienceTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely mannerWork cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfactionWork on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independentlyBuild proficiency and working knowledge of Meta measurement solutions and understand the value of our Meta IdentityBuild and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discoveryExhibit curiosity, actively self teaching and seeking input from othersMinimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in account management, brand/performance marketing, digital marketing, sales, or consultingProven communication and presentation skillsExperience growing revenue and client relationshipsExperience developing, leading, and implementing scaled sales programs that align to organization business and product objectivesBA/BS degreeProven technical and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in marketing and/or selling to Growth/Performance MarketersExperience working with a portfolio or carrying a yearly revenue quotaExperience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationshipsExperience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast-paced environmentHave a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client's business modelAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
