Senior ITSM & Automation Solution Architect (Remote)🚀 About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and certified ITSM & Automation Solution Architect to join our team. This is a remote opportunity designed for a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, capable of leading solution design initiatives and delivering high-impact client presentations using BPMN, ITSM frameworks, and modern automation tools.The ideal candidate is a systems engineer with a solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM), RPA, API integration, workflow design, and low-code platforms. You will play a key role in pre-sales and solutioning stages, working directly with our clients to translate their business needs into efficient, scalable, and integrated solutions.📍 Work Type: Remote
