- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and messaging platforms (chat e social media).
- Provide accurate information about hotel rates, availability, and packages.
- Ensure proper registration of reservations in the system (PMS / Booking Engine).
- Offer personalized service to increase guest satisfaction and maximize direct sales.
- Follow up with guests to confirm bookings and support pre-arrival needs.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with hotel sales and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain professional communication and comply with established service standards.
- Fluent English (speaking, writing, and reading) – mandatory.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, call center, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, channel manager, booking engine) is a plus.
- Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
