lead and coordinate a dynamic customer service team within the CAM area
oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements
act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client-centricity within the team
partner with internal stakeholders (Client Advisors, Compliance, Operations) to resolve challenges and support strategic initiatives

You'll join colleagues committed to driving results and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client care.Your expertise

proven experience in team leadership within financial services or client servicing environments
strong knowledge of onboarding, documentation, and KYC processes
ability to manage performance, coach team members, and foster engagement
CPA-20 required
excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
fluent in Portuguese and English
