Role: Sales Development Representative (Construction or Home Improvement Industry)
Hours: 8am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time
USD Monthly Rate: $960 - $1,440 per month | $6 - $9 per hour (based on experience)We are seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with inbound leads generated through targeted Facebook advertising campaigns for a roofing services company. The successful candidate will utilize the Go High Level platform to promptly connect with homeowners, assess their interest and eligibility, and schedule appointments for the sales closers.This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients. A clear and pleasant speaking voice is essential, as most interactions will be conducted over the phone.Responsibilities
  • Engage promptly with inbound leads generated from Facebook advertising campaigns
  • Use Go High Level to manage, track, and follow up with prospects
  • Pre-qualify homeowners based on interest, need, and eligibility for roofing services
  • Schedule appointments for the sales closer in accordance with availability and territory
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Follow communication scripts and best practices to ensure a professional and consistent experience
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales development, telemarketing, or appointment setting (construction or home improvement industry experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent
  • Strong ability to engage with customers, identify needs, and handle objections effectively
  • Proficient in using CRM or sales engagement platforms (experience with Go High Level preferred)
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment
  • Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and a quiet work environment
