Job Description : About the Position We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and hands-on expertise with Data Cloud (Salesforce’s Customer Data Platform). The professional will have support to execute campaigns, apply segmentation strategies, and manage integrations and automations, ensuring operational efficiency and technical quality in all deliverables. Responsibilities Plan, configure, and execute multichannel campaigns in SFMC. Create personalized journeys in Journey Builder. Work with Data Cloud to: Unify and model data in the Customer Data Platform. Build segments based on attributes, behavior, and purchase history. Activate audiences in SFMC and connected channels. Develop segmentation strategies using SQL, behavioral filters, and demographic data. Implement dynamic personalization with AMPscript and/or SSJS. Develop and optimize automations in Automation Studio (Data Extract, File Transfer, Scripts, conditional logic). Configure and monitor integrations between SFMC, CRM, and other platforms, ensuring data integrity and quality. Document configurations, automation flows, integrations, and best practices.RequirementsCompetencies
  • Requirements Approximately 2.5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Practical experience with Data Cloud, including data ingestion, segmentation, and audience activation. Strong knowledge of SQL for segmentation. Proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder. Familiarity with AMPscript for content personalization. Experience troubleshooting automations, integrations, and multichannel campaigns. Ability to work independently, maintaining organization and quality in deliverables.
Skill Set
