- Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and LatAm leadership, providing proactive compliance support.
- Implement and oversee the annual compliance plan, including communication, training, auditing, and risk management.
- Stay current on local laws, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure business alignment.
- Lead investigations of alleged violations in collaboration with Legal and HR, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Chair Compliance Committees and drive effective governance through regular meetings and action plans.
- Provide compliance training for employees and third parties, ensuring consistent understanding of policies and standards.
- Support the management of indirect channels, promoting ethical behavior and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Lead and develop one direct report, fostering growth, accountability, and professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong experience as a Compliance Manager/Officer or in a similar role.
- Solid experience working in multinational companies with complex matrix environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical companies.
- FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) certification.
- Advanced Spanish proficiency.
