Your contributions will help shape a healthier, more balanced world for you and millions of people globally.Join us in redefining the future of wellbeing!THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Procurement Specialist to our Procurement team in São Paulo - Brazil!As a Procurement specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services. Your expertise in data analysis, market research, and supplier evaluation will be crucial in supporting our organization's strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining procurement records and assisting the procurement manager in contractor selections.YOUR IMPACT

Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, and procedures
Negotiate contracts, terms, and SLA 's with vendors
Reviewing existing contracts and vendors globally
Contract and vendor management across different regions
Assist in building relationships with organizational networks and external vendors for procurement.
Responsible for documenting all vendor costs and generating monthly spend reports

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, business, finance, or related field
Mandatory proficiency in both spoken and written English
Spoken and written Spanish is a plus
Talent in negotiations and networking
Experience in collecting and analyzing data
Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and concise manner
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
