- Want to be part of this team? Requirements: Bachelor's degree in areas such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency Required Knowledge: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing, analysis, and model development.
- Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze data and draw insights.
- Expertise in building and deploying predictive models, including regression, classification, clustering, time series, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Desirable Knowledge: Generative AI: Large Language Models (LLM), Fine Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agents.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems, including SCADA, IoT, and PLC systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
- Main Activities: Structure, clean, and analyze data, providing insights into business problems.
- Develop and validate predictive and prescriptive machine learning models.
- Build web applications and APIs to integrate machine learning algorithms into operational systems.
- Manage project lifecycle stages, applying AGILE and CRISP-DM methodologies.
- Promote data-driven culture in the organization through events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Replicate and industrialize previous projects for application in similar plants or areas, tailoring solutions as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn new tools and technologies that can solve business challenges.
