- Global Strategy & Market Intelligence: Develop comprehensive market frameworks to shape the Global Partnerships strategy. Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging trends in the wellness and corporate health ecosystem.
- Strategic Consulting: Act as an internal consultant for regional partnership teams. Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable playbooks that help local teams hit their growth targets.
- Category Management Leadership: Lead the "Wellhub Category Strategy." Use data to determine which verticals (e.g., full service gyms, boutique fitness, sports, recovery, etc) and geographic markets require aggressive expansion or optimization.
- Partner Storytelling: Design and build high-stakes external presentations for C-suite partners, using data to visualize growth opportunities and the "Wellhub Effect" on their business.
- External Research Management: Oversee relationships and project-manage 3rd party consulting firms for bespoke industry studies and deep-dive market research.

- Experience: Relevant experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS or Marketplace environment
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Category Expertise: Proven track record in Category Management - knowing how to balance supply and demand across diverse verticals.
- Complexity Management: Ability to take messy, disparate data sources and synthesize them into a single, cohesive strategy.
- Executive Presence: Experience presenting to VP and C-level stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Narrative Design: A "Design Thinking" approach to data-creating presentations that are as visually compelling as they are analytically rigorous.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Engineering, Math, or Business). MBA is a significant plus.
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides or similar tools.
