- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, with a focus on transactional products.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and technology partners.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure scalable architecture, robust integration and adherence to global tech standards.
- Customer and Market Engagement:
- Actively gather and prioritize customer requirements and market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
- Product Development and Launch:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and support for client integration journeys.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to optimize product performance and user experience.
- Monitor product performance based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that payment products comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt products accordingly.
- Support and Training:
- Provide support and training to sales teams and customer service representatives.
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to payment products.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Encourage the exploration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance payment solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly with transactional products (cash management).
- Strong technical background in payment systems, APIs and infrastructure or understanding of API-based integrations and payment file processing.
- Solid experience with B2B or corporate banking products.
- Familiarity w/ escrow account structures, Siscomex operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of SWIFT protocols, ISO 20022 messaging standards and CNAB file layouts.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
