As a key enabler of PepsiCo’s commercial digital transformation, the role drives the integration of physical and digital execution models (Phygital Perfect Store), promotes the adoption of scalable tech-enabled solutions (such as digital order recommendation tools, execution scorecards, and connected equipment like CoolerX), and ensures that every commercial action at the point of sale is backed by insights, precision, and measurable impact.
Dx Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams and bottlers to embed shopper-centricity into every touchpoint, ensuring the right portfolio, visibility, and activation are deployed consistently across all channels. This role is pivotal in building the capabilities and tools that future-proof our commercial execution, enabling PepsiCo to win at the shelf — both in-store and online.O seu impacto
- Commercial Strategy and Demand Acceleration
- Design and implement the Demand Accelerator roadmap across priority markets, aligned with business objectives.
- Translate consumption insights, execution data, and channel trends into concrete commercial activation plans that drive sell-out.
- Define clear KPIs and objectives to measure the impact of acceleration initiatives across channels (Traditional, Modern, eCommerce, B2B , B2C).
- In-Store Execution (Perfect Store) Planning and Deployment
- Lead the evolution of the Perfect Store model into its Phygital version, integrating physical and digital components to ensure consistent, measurable, and shopper-centric execution.
- Define execution standards by channel and point of sale, ensuring portfolio availability and visibility
- Monitor and analyze execution results (scorecards, digital tracking tools) to drive continuous improvement actions digital Value Proposition
- Design and lead the deployment of digital commercial solutions (sales apps, order recommendation tools, visual merchandising platforms, connected assets like CoolerX) that elevate in-store conversion and execution.
- Ensure alignment between the B2B platform and the operational needs of sales teams and bottlers.
- Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to adapt and scale digital tools tailored to Modern and
- Traditional trade realities.
- Commercial Capability Building:
- Define and implement capability building programs for sales and trade teams, focused on digital adoption and shopper-driven execution.
- Support local markets in piloting, testing, and scaling new commercial solutions.
- Experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, execution strategy, or digital transformation within consumer goods companies.
- Experience leading regional or multi-market projects and working with cross-functional teams and external partners (bottlers, agencies, consultants).
- Skills & Technical Knowledge:
- Strong expertise in commercial strategy, in-store execution, and channel management.
- Proven track record deploying digital commercial tools and solutions.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret execution data, portfolio performance, and shopper behavior.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English and intermediate Spanish
