• Your ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle IT recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating, closingWork closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profilesSource and engage top candidates on and other platforms using Boolean and creative strategiesMaintain candidate pipelines using ATS and trackersEnsure excellent candidate experience throughout the processCommunicate effectively across time zones (US & Canada)Be highly responsive, professional, and proactive in all communicationYour ProfileExcellent English skills (C1 or higher)3+ years experience in IT recruiting, preferably with international clientsStrong understanding of technical roles: Backend, Full Stack, Frontend, QA, Security, Cloud, etc.
