- Lead and manage the end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for the client, effectively managing expectations and communication.
- Guarantee the successful delivery of services, ensuring strict adherence to project deadlines, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, including SAP functional consultants, ABAP developers, Basis administrators, and PMOs.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of all project deliverables, implementing best practices and quality assurance processes.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and impediments, developing and implementing effective resolution plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, focusing on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and value.
- Develop and present regular progress reports, KPIs, and project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage SAP service contracts, ensuring strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
- Adapt and apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies to fit the needs of the service and client.
- Proven experience in a delivery or management role for Application Management Services (AMS) specifically focused on SAP S/4HANA.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for this role.
- Solid understanding of SAP Basis and ABAP concepts to effectively manage technical teams and discussions.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and inspire trust, even without direct formal authority.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the confidence to interact with all levels of an organization, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with a results-oriented approach, focused on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to navigating ambiguity and identifying root causes.
- A proactive and autonomous work ethic, with the initiative to anticipate issues, suggest improvements, and take full ownership of services.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Unwavering commitment to ethics, transparency, and professional integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is a significant plus.
