  • Responsible to prepare (hands-on) complete technical and commercial proposals for OPGW solution (materials and related services) and HV turnkey projects.
  • Responsible for all bid preparation, including but not limited to: Development of check lists to standardize the bid preparations, Be responsible for multiple RFP s (Request for Proposals) and its requirements, Gathering support from several sources (internal and 3rd parties) and all information needed to develop a consistent technical and commercial offers to our customers.
  • Responsible for all field visitation to collect all necessary info to prepare commercial and technical offers according to our customers needs.
  • This professional will be the interface among the Sales and Engineering teams, Hengtong s HQ and subsidiaries, 3rd parties, as well as liaising with internal HT Cabos departments (Financial, Legal, Logistics, Procurement, Insurance companies, etc).
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound pre-sales strategies and processes applying the best practices across the company.
  • Support sales structure and pricing with business-value analysis.
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and regular presentations about his/her ongoing and future activities.
  • Support on after-sales subjects whenever needed to enhance the execution of the OPGW and HV projects at HT Cabos backlog and feeding back the pre-sales team with improvements on the internal processes.
  • Support the commercial team to manage the sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
  • Requirements Minimum proven experience of 03 years in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals of EPC energy projects, participation in private and/or public RFQ s; Good relationship with customers linked to the Brazilian energy market (GTD segments), Desirable: overall knowledge in the energy and telecommunications cable markets.
  • Experience in pre-sales and develop good relationship with all levels of customers involved since the preliminary stages of any targeted project (investors, EPC/Contractors, GTD dealers, civil and electrical project designers, investment funds, etc); Experience required in the preparation of commercial and technical proposals, liaising with internal and external peers.
  • Experience in turnkey (EPC) projects involving civil and electrical works.
  • Desirable: experience related to OPGW cables and HV electrical cables and its accessories, as well as servicing solutions.
  • Good knowledge in the dimensioning turnkey projects like OHL s and SE s (civil and electromechanical services).
  • Desirable: good experience at HV underground electrical networks (69kV and above).
  • Experience in pre-sales contract negotiation and proactive after-sales support whenever needed.
  • You must have basic knowledge in other "areas of knowledge" (financial, HSE, engineering, risk analysis, HR, logistics, legal, among others) to ease the path through the demands required by customers at the GTD energy segments Soft skills: initiative, proactivity, strict process control of follow-up on clients, resilience ("never give up"), entrepreneurial footprint, articulate, good relationship with several hierarchical levels, leadership are some important characteristics to succeed in this position.
  • Availability for travel (technical site visitation & support during the project design).
  • Language: English (fluent or advanced level constantly speaking / writting).
  • Desirable: Spanish.
  • Great experience in OFFICE software applications, especially EXCEL tools (macros, information management, project pipeline and backlog reports) POWERPOINT (preparation of business reports, presentations, etc).
  • Desirable: good knowledge of TOTVS information system.
