The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, results-driven, and solution-oriented, comfortable using ATS and CRM platforms, managing data, and proactively improving workflows in a dynamic startup environment.What You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief of Staff in HR and recruitment-related tasks
- Coordinate scheduling and communications with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and system updates
- Maintain accurate data in internal HR records, ATS, and CRM tools
- Assist in preparing recruitment status updates, HR reports, and documentation for leadership
- Liaise with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Help drive internal process improvements and support team-wide HR initiatives and projects
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR tools, policies, and operational enhancements
- 4+ years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination,
- Strong communication skills and high attention to details
- Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a strong advantage.
