Função: Product Engineering (CA)
Título: Engenheiro do Produto JR - 114298Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement projects for electrical modules, electronic components, and harnesses for harvesting combines, focusing on quality and customer value;
- Implement components based on electrical diagrams, material lists, and technical manuals, collaborating with suppliers, and factory;
- Collaborate with global development centers (USA, Mexico, India);
- Conduct root cause analysis and solve field problems with multifunctional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
- Advanced English: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates and provides training;
- Experience with integration and development of electrical/electronic components and harnesses;
- Ability to understand the interaction between hardware and software;
- Availability for travel (up to 35%).
- Knowledge of Harvesting combines;
- Experience with electrical hardware, software, and integration with mechanical/hydraulic systems;
- Experience with agile methodologies and/or project management;
- Experience in systems architecture and engineering;
- Previous experience with remote teams.
