- Provide clients with standardized and customized administrative services, continuously improving service satisfaction.

- Responsible for office space planning, site selection and inspection for leasing, office renovation, handover and takeover, as well as restoration and lease termination processes.

- Manage office environment, handle emergency incidents, ensure safety management, and oversee the daily management and performance evaluation of third-party service providers.

- Manage office-related expenses, procurement of fixed assets and office supplies, control costs effectively, and improve efficiency.
- 5.
- Assist with employee on boarding and off boarding, and foster a positive office atmosphere.
- 6.
- Coordinate and support communications and reception for visits from local government agencies and external organizations in cooperation with relevant departments.
- 7.
- Collaborate with functional departments to support the implementation of various company initiatives.
- Requirements: 1.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2.
- Over 5 years of administrative work experience; at least 10 years of work or life experience in the local area.
- Local candidates are preferred.

- Extensive experience in office operations and maintenance.
- 4.
- Demonstrate excellent professional ethics and outstanding capabilities.
- 5.
- Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and an innovative mindset.

- Fluent in English and Portuguese reading, speaking, and listening.

- Proficient in using common office software.
