-8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications
-Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in a marketing team (agency or client side), ideally within Financial Services, Technology, or FinTech sectors.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
-Proven expertise in marketing strategy and project management, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
-Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and measuring ROI and other performance tools.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Proactive problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes constructively.
-Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, with experience developing solutions that address diverse audiences.
-Up to date with the latest digital trends, research, and marketing best practices.
