- Support administrative routines, such as drafting reports, updating spreadsheets, and document control;
- Assist in creating and monitoring supplier payment flows; Supporting the team in managing supplier
- contracts and drafting purchase orders; Collaborate in the organization and improvement of internal processes, proposing practical solutions;
- Provide internal service (in person,
- telephone and by e-mail), providing support to other areas of company;
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, minutes, and support materials for meetings;
- Support with
- basic financial activities, such as posting expenses and controlling reimbursement
- Be studying a degree in Administration, Business Management, Economics or related areas (starting in the 3rd semester); Knowledge in the
- Office Package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to organize, plan, and attention to detail; Good verbal and
- written communication
- Proactivity and willingness to learn;
- Ability to analyze and solve problems;
- Teamwork and flexibility to support different demands;
- Interest in developing in areas of management and administrative processes.
