• - Digitize workflows using mobility platforms, propose efficiency improvements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Advise HRBPs/Talent Acquisition on immigration requirements for hiring/transfers.
• - Support tax, payroll, and relocation teams on compliance alignment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law 2.
• 5 years+ in global immigration operations (in-house or consultancy)3.
• Mastery of key regions's immigration frameworks and regulations, understanding various visa type distinctions 4.
