- Solid experience in a relevant sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving customer success.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, allowing you to consult effectively with C-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish.
- Experience in account growth and customer lifecycle management.
- Understanding of API-based solutions and their applications in business.
