- Develop and execute user growth strategies, leveraging pricing optimization, promotional activities (e.g., new user incentives, targeted campaigns), and in-app communication strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention. Continuously track and analyze key metrics (e.g., new user volume, retention rate, and repeat order behavior) to refine strategies;
- Lead cross-functional execution of growth initiatives, working closely with Commercial, Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and in-app communications. Utilize tools such as banners, pop-ups, and push notifications to maximize campaign impact;
- Drive product-led growth by collaborating with the Product team to optimize growth-related product features and traffic entry points. Conduct competitor research, analyze user feedback and data, and explore new product capabilities to enhance user acquisition and engagement;
- Shape the core strategy and value proposition, making essential strategic decisions that define the business’s long-term success.
- 6+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years in growth or user operations at a tech company;
- A data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and the ability to track key performance metrics, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly;
- Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams;
- Fluency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language;
- A goal-oriented, self-driven approach, with the adaptability to thrive in fast-changing environments and execute at scale;
- A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to drive decisions that shape the business’s value proposition and long-term success.
