- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in cloud platform (e.g., GCP) technologies, services, and adoption frameworks.
- Experience with executive-level customer relationships (e.g., acting as an advisor or portfolio leader).
- Experience managing commercial agreement pursuit and services agreement lifecycles (e.g., agreement qualification, agreement scoping, proposal development, agreement negotiation).
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with clients in the region.
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience collaborating across large, internal organizations (sales, professional services organization (PSO), Partners).
- Experience developing holistic services strategies and repeatable solutions across a customer portfolio.
- Ability to drive business outcomes and consumption acceleration through governance and execution oversight of signed engagements.
- Excellent leadership, business, and industry skills.
- Define, own, and articulate the comprehensive services and transformation strategy for a specific customer portfolio, partner directly with the corresponding sales leadership including Managing Directors (MDs) and Vice Presidents (VPs).
- Architect the customer services journey, manage the entire services lifecycle from qualification through contracting and creating proposals, leverage a value services approach to accelerate large-scale cloud adoption.
- Translate customer business goals into a defined services roadmap, scope the required professional services work, and orchestrate the engagement of the right delivery resources.
- Cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships across the customer portfolio, act as a trusted advisor and thought leader on Google Cloud's service offerings and transformation capabilities.
- Drive the successful execution and governance of signed professional services engagements to ensure timely project delivery, consumption acceleration, and achievement of expected business growth goals.
