You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline – performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate.Responsibilites:
  • Monitor mainframe-based operating systems to ensure stability and performance.
  • Perform problem determination and root cause analysis to resolve system issues.
  • Provide verbal and written support to clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.

  • Experience with scheduling tools, reporting, and activity logging.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows or macOS).
  • Intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with troubleshooting, backup and recovery procedures, and basic networking.
  • Technical education in data processing or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with data processing environments and workflows.
