- Efficiently manage and resolve daily support requests from internal and external users.
- Process change requests, including user access modifications and system improvements.
- Proactively identify and suggest enhancements to improve the supportability and operability of the Salesforce platform (SFDC.com).
- Collaborate with Technology teams to test new developments and system updates.
- Deliver user training to ensure correct and effective use of the Salesforce system.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all business processes supported by the SFDC.com platform.
- Strong functional understanding of Salesforce; development skills are not required.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in interpreting business needs and translating them into functional and operational requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years in similar roles; Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable to change and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Self-starter with a proactive, flexible, and determined attitude.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Spanish is highly valued.
