and integrity of processes, in accordance with legal requirements, operational procedures (SOP), policies and/or any other required standards.Responsibilities:Monitoring of import shipments through an Intercompany control spreadsheetNotify the arrival of imports to the Customer Service team, as well as update the TMS system with the expected landing datesMonitor delivery status to the end customer, coordinate reverse logistics of empty packaging and temperature monitors and create return requests for the World Courier officeDevelopment and monitoring of area indicators, such as consumption of operational inputs, World Courier packaging and other SLAsBe the focal point of communication between operational, CS and sales areas when necessary.Support the Operational Supervisor in the governance of topics in the area, such as Reverse Logistics, TMS, KPI MUP and Argos AdoptionSupport the Operations Supervisor, in managing the direct costs presented in the P&LManage the need for positioning World Courier supplies and direct requests to the Package Hub Global cell (PH1)Support the team in the process of managing the inventory of World Courier and single use packaging, as well as carrying out the monthly
