- Through strategic planning and collaboration with colleagues and hoteliers, you will optimize revenue from the region for Leading's portfolio of over 400 independent luxury hotels worldwide.

- This full-time position is based in São Paulo City.

- Assist with regional sales missions, roadshows, and events to maximize revenue for member hotels and elevate the LHW brand.
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows.
- Collaborate with group and corporate teams for cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop initiatives to surpass revenue targets for selected hotels.
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Coordinate with regional offices for strategic alignment.
- Provide logistical support for Latin America team events, including venue sourcing and invitations.
- Support webinars and hotel presentations for the regional team.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities and track performance.
- Requirements, Experience, and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or sales management.
- 1-2 years of sales or hospitality experience, preferably with a luxury hotel brand.
- Knowledge of the Brazilian market and existing relationships are a plus.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and distribution technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build industry relationships.
- Willingness to travel for industry events and meetings.
- Skills and AbilitiesResults-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to listen, analyze, and sell effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Capable of translating market dynamics into actionable sales strategies.
- Proficient with CRM, reporting, and presentation tools.
