  • This full-time position is based in São Paulo City.

  • Essential Functional/Regional ResponsibilitiesPlease note that reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the following essential responsibilities:Support Sales Managers and the Director in executing account development plans aligned with business needs.
  • Assist with regional sales missions, roadshows, and events to maximize revenue for member hotels and elevate the LHW brand.
  • Participate in industry events and tradeshows.
  • Collaborate with group and corporate teams for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop initiatives to surpass revenue targets for selected hotels.
  • Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Coordinate with regional offices for strategic alignment.
  • Provide logistical support for Latin America team events, including venue sourcing and invitations.
  • Support webinars and hotel presentations for the regional team.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities and track performance.
  • Requirements, Experience, and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or sales management.
  • 1-2 years of sales or hospitality experience, preferably with a luxury hotel brand.
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian market and existing relationships are a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales, marketing, and distribution technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build industry relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and meetings.
  • Skills and AbilitiesResults-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to listen, analyze, and sell effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Capable of translating market dynamics into actionable sales strategies.
  • Proficient with CRM, reporting, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to see both the big picture and details, translating insights into numbers.
