- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field;
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal);
- Experience in automotive vehicle dynamics;
- Experience in 3D CAD tools;
- Knowledge of truck systems and steering technologies is a plus.
- Lead the development of electrohydraulic steering systems for global platforms;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical product quality issues;
- Create and execute validation and project timing plans;
- Participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations, DFMEA, and cybersecurity evaluations;
- Release product documentation (3D models, drawings, technical descriptions, etc.);
- Collaborate across global teams in Sweden, India, France, and the USA;
- Apply Agile methodologies to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
