- People Partnering & Guidance
- Act as the main HR partner for the Brazil region, guiding managers and staff with day-to-day needs.
- Advise managers on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, and team growth while liaising with Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Partnering with COE managers to translate global people's priorities into Brazil’s context.
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring fairness and compliance with local labor law.
- Partner with legal, payroll, and finance on compliance and contracts.
- Assist with union discussions and maintain positive labor relations where relevant.
- Ensure policies are applied consistently and adapted as necessary to comply with local laws.
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives in Brazil, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops in partnership with the Talent COE.
- Partner with the global Talent COE on culture moments: AMAs, Huddles, Game Days, Summer Parties, and Year-End celebrations.
- Help run and monitor wellbeing initiatives (mental health, work-life integration, sick leave assistance).
- Run onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive for staff.
- Learning, Growth & Development
- Assist with career development frameworks, internal mobility, and role clarity for Brazil.
- Partner with managers to create learning and coaching opportunities in partnership with the Talent COE.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops where needed.
- Ensure staff have access to global learning and development platforms and resources.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain HRIS data (BambooHR) and ensure accuracy for payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Monitor key people metrics (turnover, PTO, sick leave, engagement) and deliver insights to management.
- Use survey tools (Culture Amp) and learning platforms (EdApp) to track impact.
- 3+ years of HR/People experience in Brazil, ideally in a multinational or fast-paced company.
- Solid knowledge of local labor law, payroll, and benefits practices.
- Hands-on experience with employee relations, compliance, and engagement programs.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with experience advising managers and providing guidance to staff.
- Ability to balance global consistency with local realities.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English to work effectively in a global team.
