- Reporting directly to the Regional IT Manager (based in Chile), you will aassist with the coordination of business process improvement, ensuring alignment between regional business needs and technology solutions.
- You will play a key role in the product lifecycle of core operational systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and other internal platforms (payments, CRM, etc.
- ).
- Your goal is to support system adoption, lead business analysis efforts, and deliver process improvements that drive regional efficiency and performance.
- Key Role ResponsibilitiesGather and document requirements across departments (Operations, Finance, Leasing).
- Map, assess, and optimize business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate needs into actionable documentation, such as user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
- Collaborate with the Regional IT Manager and global product teams to support the lifecycle of platforms like Yardi Voyager and Entrata.
- Assist with backlog refining, testing, and validation of new features and enhancements.
- Coordinate property set-ups, data integrity reviews, and new implementation efforts.
- Act as the local systems liaison for Brazil, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and end users o Lead initiatives to support system adoption, resolve resistance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver localized training, onboarding, and clear release communications.
- Operate as the key point of contact in Brazil for system-related initiatives.
- Provide insight and feedback to help shape the product roadmap at the regional level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local and international) to align goals and standards.
- Experience & SkillsExperience in business systems analysis, digital transformation, or system implementation roles.
- o Proven success in working with ERP/enterprise platforms (Yardi, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement, process redesign, and training delivery.
- Strong knowledge of SSRS and intermediate to advanced SQL.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and tools (e.

- Advanced English (written and verbal) required; Spanish is a plus.
