- The ideal candidate is someone who has built multiple apps from scratch, preferably in an agency or dev shop environment (not large corporate teams), and thrives in high-speed, iterative work cycles.
- Were looking for someone who enjoys experimenting with visual systems and can contribute both executional and conceptual design.
- In this role, youll go beyond wireframes and flows were also looking for someone who can contribute to visual design, branding, and illustration .
- You will focus more on product usability, interaction design, and shaping the visual and brand identity of the app.
- Youll work across mobile and desktop interfaces, contribute to Figma-based design systems, and play a vital role in defining the future of our product.

- Location: Remote ideally UTC-3 Timezone to be able to meet regularly with UTC-7 and UTC+3 counterparts Required skills Strong visual design skills with the ability to apply a keen sense of aesthetics to a complex design system.
- Proficiency in Figma working within a multi-libraried design system is essential.
- Strong knowledge of mobile app design principles and best practices.
- Experience with tablet and web design is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between product vision, UX design and development.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering well-constructed, pixel-perfect mobile app design assets.
- A keen eye for pattern recognition and the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in design.
- Experience in Figma prototyping.
- An eagerness to provide UX/UI creative design input and a passion for solving design challenges.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous mobile app design work within design systems is required.
- Ideal Candidate Profile Has end-to-end product design experience especially in fast-moving environments like startups, agencies, or dev shops.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Loves design challenges, building efficient systems, and creating delightful user experiences.
- Thinks visually and conceptually not just about pixels but about how systems scale and feel.
