- Be responsible for the performance and coordination of all Operator and Partner administration
- Maintain ordering, deployment and on-going usage of messaging services for Sinch clients
- Ownership of internal processes related to client orders and provisioning of inbound numbers or registered senders
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders to detail requirements, changes and service modification
- Keep up to date documentation on provisioned attributes with Sinch partners globally
- Review current processes and look for quality and efficiency gains where possible
- Strong knowledge of computer software and tools.
- Experience in customer service field.
- Effective research skills to support implementation efforts.
- Demonstrated work experience is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
- Organized and methodical approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Resilience under pressure and ability to maintain performance standards.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset to problem-solving.
- Analytical thinking with a desire to comprehend process efficiencies.
- Fluency in English (reading and writing) is essential; intermediate proficiency is expected.
- Prior experience with web-based CRM or service desk applications (e.g., Salesforce, Atlassian Service Desk/JIRA).
- Data analysis capabilities.
