DescriptionAbout the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to lead and scale Amazon's operations across Brazil. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution to drive growth, optimize performance, and build world-class fulfillment capabilities across Brazil's major metropolitan areas.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Operations Leadership
  • Lead the geographical expansion and scaling of operations across Brazil's key markets
  • Develop and execute integration strategies across operational networks to ensure seamless end-to-end fulfillment
  • Design and implement scalable operational frameworks with focus on efficiency, cost optimization, and customer experience
  • Create and manage comprehensive performance measurement systems to track operational excellence and drive continuous improvement
Operational Excellence & Program Management
  • Own end-to-end strategy development and execution for critical operational programs and initiatives
  • Drive network optimization to improve speed, cost efficiency, and service quality
  • Develop and implement processes for operational scaling while maintaining high standards
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators across safety, quality, productivity, and cost metrics
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational capabilities through process innovation and technology adoption
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Operations, Technology, Product, and Business teams
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ensure alignment between operational capabilities and business requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement across the operational value chain
  • Influence and collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic direction
Team Development & Culture
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and customer obsession
  • Drive operational excellence through coaching and capability building
  • Champion Amazon's Leadership Principles in daily operations and decision-making
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree
- Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations
