Our team innovates through digitization to constantly improve the value we provide.Partner with the bestAs a Tender Manager - Americas, you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops vision on a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. Leads business development planning processes for this market.As Tender Manager - Americas, you will be responsible for:Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.Handles important business unit clientsCoordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.Department is involved in medium-large sales.Handles big or challenging markets or multi country.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave a large experience in ProposalsFluency in English and PortugueseWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
