- Lead efforts to identify, engage, and secure large clients for JoomPulse, building strong and lasting relationships
- Create and maintain transperent and measurable Enterprise Sales funnels for both outbound and inbound leads covering all the stages yourself - from the first touch with potential client to the contract signature
- Design and maintain all necessary materials for outbound including presentations, product descriptions and everything else necessary to close the deals
- Oversee the entire acquisition process — from curating prospect lists and managing the sales funnel to closing high-value deals
- Work closely with Product and Growth teams to optimize prospecting activities and ensure a seamless client experience
- Proven track record in active prospecting of large clients in complex sales environments
- Extraordinary presentation, communication and sales skills
- Proficiency in B2B Outbound prospecting tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Cortex, Ramper, Clearbit and others
- Skilled in using CRM system (Hubspot)
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting funnel control, pipeline setup, measuring and systematically improving conversion by funnel stage
- Ability to independently build, organize, and manage your own prospecting portfolio with minimal oversight
- Familiarity and real experience in using leading sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN and others
- Fluent English
- Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses, CLT employment; relocation to Sao Paulo provided if needed
