- Wait for Requirements: You'll be proactive and lead the way, not just execute specs.
- Build Without Understanding: Deeply understanding the problem is fundamental before proposing solutions.

- You have at least 5 years in product management, ideally within the payments ecosystem.
- You are fluent in English with professional experience in this language.
- You have strong product sense to tackle diverse problems, taking full ownership of solutions with a focus on value, impact, and execution.
- You are skilled in listening to customers, engineers, and partners to identify problems that Adyen can uniquely solve.
- You are experienced in structuring, delivering, and communicating project plans within cross-functional teams, including analysts and software engineers.
- Experience seeing projects through from beginning to end, owning the entire process
- You have exceptional people skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management and day-to-day team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to internal teams and external partners.
- You have an undergraduate degree.
