- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to fulfill their analytical needs
- Monitor, measure, and report on performance KPIs, distilling into actionable insights to drive decision-making
- Drive data-based culture across the organization with the use of dashboards and reports
- Perform end-to-end analysis spanning data extraction, cleaning, visualization, and insight generation
- Deep dive into findings with partner functions to identify root causes for observed trends
- You are proficient in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience
- You have 5+ years of experience in product management and analytics, ideally with a focus on payments
- Advanced data and analytics capabilities, including:
o Experience creating analytics in Python or equivalent language
o Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
o Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
- Ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience designing and deploying scalable data pipelines across various tools and ecosystems is a plus
- Knowledge of cross-border payments is a plus
- Proven ability to evolve in a complex matrix environment and to operate with complete independence and autonomy
- You currently live in São Paulo and have availability to attend the office 3-times per week
